Attack of the mosquitoes
Because of the amount of rain we've been having, mosquitoes are having a hey day this summer. Yesterday was a frightful adventure as I had to swat them off of me every second, making me look like some sort of dancing banshee. I had to put on repellent just to go to the grocery store, and I was driving there! Anytime I have to leave my house now, I fear getting more bites. I've already had one just standing outside for maybe five minutes. I wish I could wear a mosquito net around me without looking funny - these bugs are absolutely huge and locust-like!
